Terms of Service
These terms apply to this website and to participation in activities organised by Društvo Sportske Rekreacije "Primorje" (OIB 37088953042), Veletržní, 170 00 Praha 7-Holešovice, Croatia.
1. About this website
This website is an informational resource operated by a non-profit association. It does not sell products or services and does not process payments. Content is provided in good faith and kept as accurate as possible, but schedules and locations may change.
2. Program participation
Participation is voluntary and open to all, subject to available places and any age-specific safety requirements. Participants are asked to register in advance, follow the instructions of coordinators and coaches, and inform us of any medical condition relevant to safe participation. Participants under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Health and safety
Physical activity carries inherent risk. We plan sessions responsibly, but participants take part at their own responsibility and should seek medical advice if unsure about their fitness for an activity. We may pause or cancel an activity for safety reasons, including weather or venue conditions.
4. Code of conduct
We expect respectful, inclusive behaviour from everyone. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or unsafe conduct results in removal from the activity. Concerns may be reported to a coordinator or directly to the board at info@CalgaryFloodRestoration.com.
5. Volunteers
Volunteers act on behalf of the association within the role agreed with a coordinator and in line with our safeguarding and data protection rules. Volunteering does not create an employment relationship.
6. Intellectual property
Our name, emblem and published texts belong to the association. Photographs used on this website are licensed stock photography of real sporting and recreational activity, used for illustrative purposes. Please ask before reproducing our materials.
7. External links
Where we link to partner organisations or map services, we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Croatian law, the association is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
