1. Our approach

We are a non-profit association and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We collect the minimum information needed to run our sports and recreation activities and to answer the messages people send us.

2. What we collect

• Contact enquiries: the name, email address, subject and message you choose to send us.
• Program participation: registration details for sessions, including emergency contact information and, where a guardian provides it, consent documentation for participants under 18.
• Volunteers and coaches: contact details and relevant qualifications or certifications.

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies. Technical logs kept by our hosting provider may record IP addresses for security purposes.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

We process data on the basis of consent (enquiries, newsletters where offered), contract or membership necessity (program participation), legitimate interest (safe organisation of activities), and legal obligation (association and accounting records).

4. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Participation and volunteer records are kept for the duration of involvement and for the period required by Croatian association and accounting law, after which they are securely deleted.

5. Sharing

Data is accessible only to authorised coordinators and board members. We share data with third parties only where legally required, or with service providers (for example email and website hosting) acting on our written instructions. We do not transfer data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards.

6. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and a need-to-know policy within the organisation. Paper records, where they exist for on-site registration, are stored securely and destroyed once digitised or no longer needed.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. 8. Children

Participation of minors in our programs requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Photographs of minors are only published with explicit written consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page. Material changes affecting members will also be communicated by email.
